Building Students’ Entrepreneurial Competencies in Chinese Universities: Diverse Learning Environment, Knowledge Transfer, and Entrepreneurship Education

Entrepreneurship education is a critical issue for higher (HE) students, and thus has been on the agenda of national sustainable development in China. However, few studies have approached enhancement HE students’ entrepreneurial competencies relation to perspective their learning environment. This study developed employed Theoretical Model Entrepreneurial Competencies examine path improving competencies. The results reveal that diverse environment an important external factor developing Knowledge transfer, self-efficacy, cognitive flexibility mediate this relationship. Moreover, entrepreneurship significantly moderates effects self-efficacy competencies, but it does not play moderating role between provides insights both policy managerial endeavors sustainably advancing through innovative
